No back-and-forth calls: you write, pick a day and the agent confirms.

Send a message

Write from the listing. We notify you by email about the first message and inside Prix.casa about every reply.

Your messages are kept for 9 days.

Request a visit

You pick a day and a time. The highlighted days are the ones the agent left open; if you pick another, the agent decides whether they can make it.

It can be in person or by video call.

The agent confirms

The agent receives your request right away. When they confirm, you get an email with the day, the time and the type of visit.

We remind you of the visit by email 24 hours and 2 hours before.

What the agent sees: so they can reply, the agent receives your name, email and phone number.
Open houses: when an agent holds an open house, you can sign up without an account.
For agents: your visits appear in your dashboard calendar, and every request creates the client card in your CRM.

For most of them. If you don’t see the option, send the agent a message from the listing.

What details does the agent receive?

Your name, email and phone number, so they can reply and arrange the visit.

How long are messages kept?

9 days. If you want to keep something, write it down.

How do I change or cancel a visit?

Message the agent from the listing and agree on another day.

Do some agents use WhatsApp?

Yes, some show their WhatsApp on the listing.
