By subscribing, you authorize Prix.casa recurring charges. If you have any issue with your subscription, contact us first at contact@prix.casa — we resolve legitimate claims in under 24 hours.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will result in:
- Permanent account suspension and immediate archive of all your listings
- Blocking of future reactivation under the same name, email, phone, or payment method
- Immediate cancellation of any active associated subscriptions
This policy applies to verified and unverified agents alike. Legitimate disputes (duplicate charge, technical error, service not received) are always resolved in your favor without penalty — we just ask that you contact us first.
