Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering or using Prix.casa you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Prix.casa is a real estate listing platform for Latin America and the Caribbean. We facilitate connections between owners, agents, and buyers/renters — we are not a party to any real estate transaction.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at contact@prix.casa.

4. Listing Publication

By publishing a listing you declare that:

• The information is truthful and current


• You have legal authorization to offer the property


• Photos are yours or you have rights to use them


• You will not publish non-existent, duplicate, or fraudulent properties

Prix.casa may remove listings that violate these conditions without prior notice.

5. Fees and Payments

Current prices are available on the pricing page. Charges are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges per your chosen plan. See also our Anti-Chargeback Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Scraping, bulk data extraction, or use of unauthorized bots


• Publishing other users' contact information without their consent


• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications through the platform


• Unauthorized access attempts to accounts or systems


• Publishing illegal, offensive content or content infringing third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

The Prix.casa code, design, and brand are owned by Emporivm. Content you publish (photos, descriptions) remains yours — you grant us a limited license to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prix.casa does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party listings. We are not responsible for transactions conducted outside the platform. Maximum liability to any user is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the user's jurisdiction. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mediation before resorting to judicial proceedings.
