When someone messages you or requests a visit, their card is created with their messages and visits. Everyone else you add one by one.
You log calls and notes on the card yourself.
Board by stage
New, Contacted, Showing, Negotiating, Closed or Lost. On a computer you drag the card; on a phone you change the stage from the client card.
Follow-ups
You choose the date and time of the next follow-up; your dashboard shows you today’s and the overdue ones.
If a client has gone 7 days without contact, we let you know inside Prix.casa and by email.
