Prix is a real-estate marketplace. These guidelines help keep conversations between buyers, sellers, and agents professional and safe.
What we expect
- Treat every person on the platform with respect.
- Keep conversations focused on property inquiries.
- Do not share content that harasses, threatens, or defrauds.
- Report content that violates these guidelines using the report button on any message.
How moderation works
Our automated system reviews messages for violations. Confirmed violations advance through a three-strike ladder. Listings remain published and subscriptions continue to renew during any messaging restriction.
- Strike 1: A warning email — no effect on your account.
- Strike 2: Messaging paused for 7 days.
- Strike 3: Messaging suspended for 90 days. Paid agents receive a 48-hour appeal grace window before the suspension activates.
Appeals
You can appeal any action within 14 days. Decisions are returned within 48 hours for paid accounts and 72 hours for other accounts.
Your rights under EU law
Under EU Regulation 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act) and applicable local laws, you are entitled to a statement of reasons for any moderation action, the right to appeal, and out-of-court dispute resolution if you are an EU resident.
