Every 2 hours we check what was listed. If something new appears in the same city as your saved properties, the alert reaches you in less than 2 hours.

You can follow up to 5 properties. If the agent adds photos, a video or a 3D tour, or switches it from sale to rent, we let you know right away.
If the price drops or it becomes negotiable, we let you know that same day.

Alerts reach you as soon as we see them. You decide how: by email, inside Prix.casa or in your browser. And if you don’t want to be disturbed at night, set quiet hours.
Change it whenever you like in your account, under Notifications.

Do I have to create an account?
Yes. Alerts go to your account, so you need one. Creating it is free.
What’s the difference between the heart and the eye?
The heart saves a property and tells us which cities interest you: we let you know when something new is listed in that city. The eye follows one specific property (up to 5) and alerts you when it changes.
Which changes am I alerted about if I follow a property?
Right away: if the agent adds photos, a video or a 3D tour, or switches it from sale to rent. That same day: if the price drops or it becomes negotiable.
How often do you check?
Every 2 hours we check everything that was listed and alert you right away. No waiting for a daily or weekly digest.
How do the alerts reach me?
By email, inside Prix.casa (your account’s bell) or as a notification in your browser. You choose which ones in your account, under Notifications, and you can set quiet hours.
How do I stop receiving alerts?
Remove the heart or the eye from the property, or turn that alert off in Notifications. We don’t send alerts by WhatsApp for now.
