Which documents we ask for
The shield is per country: an agent verified in Costa Rica doesn't carry it on their Panama listings until we verify them there.
Listed by the owner of the property, with no agent in between. For now, owner accounts don't go through identity verification, so they don't carry the green shield.
You see them above the price on every listing page.

The green shield checks professional documents, like an agent's license. An owner doesn't have those documents, so they carry their own shield: the yellow one with the H.
Upload your ID and your license from your account. The Prix.casa team reviews them and, once everything is in order, the shield appears on all your listings in that country.
